The all inclusive food was very good and nice service. Transport between AirPort and Hotel was far too expensive. Too long from the nearest city. Walking distanse at least 30 minutter to Belek. But for the price it was quite OK.

No labels on food, staff do not clean rooms constant pressure to buy things from staff (spa staff mostly) especially when you are relaxing.

Das ist der reinste Horror Hotel. Die beschreibung passt gar nicht zum Hotel und der Umgebung. Schon beim ersten Tag, während des eincheckens wollten sie uns ein anderes Zimmer geben als was wir gebucht haben.Als wir endlich ein Zimmer bekommen haben nach ca. 10h der wiederrum total dreckig und schmutzig war (ungeziefer, verfaulte essensreste, Haare überall, schimmel). Als wir darauf bestanden haben das Zimmer sauber zu machen und das Bett neu zu beziehen kamen uns unter dem Bett auch wieder Essensreste wie Chips und benutzte Handtücher entgegen.Das Pfelegepersonal besteht aus mehreren Kinder ca. 14-17 Jahre alt, die überhaupt keine Ahnung haben was sie machen sollen. Das Führungspersonal wiederrum schieben den Fehler auf die Mitarbeiter. (Kein Personal usw.). Küche bzw. Restaurant ist ebenfalls dreckig, Besteck und Gläser nicht gewaschen, Essensreste auf den Tellern und Gläsern. Das Essen ist jeden Tag gleich. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind mehrere Kilometer ( 5-6km).Die hinfahrt dahin ist ein Disaster mit schlagen und Prügelei. Das Beach Bistro ist total dreckig. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, teilweise kein Essen, kein Trinken und die Ausrede ist immer das gleiche, kein Personal. Die Anlange als solches ist eine null. Die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht was sie den ganzen Tag machen sollen( stehen den ganzen Tag rum). Um genauer zu sein empfehle ich diesen Hotel keinem. Laut, Tür schlagen, brüllen und wenn man die Rezeption anruft wird sich nicht darum gekümmert. Einfach schrecklich!

Helt forferdelig hotell anbefaler ikke min verste fiende å dra hit engang. Brannfarlig da det henger stikkontakt ut av vegger, skitne rom, bæsj i do, ALT var slitt og stygt. Stinket i buffet , dårlig mat. Ligger langt fra alt av fine strender og resturanger. Ikke dra hit da dette hotellet er en ren SCAM.

Yaptığımız rezervasyonu bulamadılar böyle bir rezervasyonunuz yok dediler. Uzun aramalar ve bekletmeler sonucunda otele girdik. Balkon çok kirliydi masa ve sandalye toz içindeydi oturamadık. Odada el sabunu ve banyo havlusu yoktu. Kahvaltıda süt yoktu.memnun kalmadık

Purtroppo l'hotel non rispecchia assolutamente le aspettative che uno si fa'guardando le foto e soprattutto si dice che sia un nuovo hotel, invece è l' ex Hotel Sport Spa Resort ristrutturato. La cosa più importante è forse la sua posizione che è proibitiva e senza trasporti pubblici tranne i Taxi con prezzi molto elevati in relazione ai km verso Belek o Kadriye. Il personale devo dire che si impegnava molto aparte qualcuno che sembrava costretto a fare quel lavoro tipo il ragazzo nel Bar della Spiaggia molto giovane con gli occhiali e di carnagione scura capelli un po' ricci, davvero un tipo che ti faceva innervosire per la lentezza nel servirti e mai con "piacere". Una menzione e doverosa va fatta alle pulizie delle camere che non venivano assolutamente pulite bene,anzi un giorno ho dovuto da solo pulire con l'aspirapolvere che era in corridoio in quanto la mattina non l'avevano passato bene e soprattutto i ricambi delle lenzuola non vengono fatti dopo almeno 4/5 giorni.
