"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well. They supported me very well during the process and were extremely helpful. If you ever book the wrong place or face a problem, Expedia’s team is there to help. I’m really happy booking my stays through Expedia!"

Everyone was very accommodating of my gluten and dairy allergies and we ate at the hotel restaurant for many of our meals. The shuttle service takes you to the private beach and downtown Amalfi, right near the ferry dock. "
