"Lots of light, lovely unit with comfortable furniture we really enjoyed staying in. Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit."

"Checkin was ordinary, rooms pleasant & ok, shower nice & hot. Bed was very comfortable rooms are very quiet. Disappointed in the morning when only 2 coffee pods available. If known that in advance would have bought my own coffee machine & pods. Also the kettle & coffee machine are situated at a height inaccessible for any one under 6 foot. "

"I loved the view and the feel of the hotel, it was a real escape and just wonderful. I didnt love that i couldnt lock the fly screen doors so i could have the glass sliding doora open, being on the bottom floor i didnt feel safe. "
