"Très bonne situation pour visiter les lacs,malheureusement nous avons du partir un jour plus tôt suite au décès de la mère de mon épouse, l' hôtel nous a fait payer la nuit réservée, la 4eme sur 3, un peu déçus de cette façon de faire, personne à l'accueil avant 10h30, nous avons du attendre pour revenir en France dans cette situation d'urgence"

"The location and cleanliness of the hotel were very good. Being so close to the lake and having a parking lot was convenient. We stayed with our dog. On the first morning, when I took him outside, he urinated on the gravel parking area in front of the hotel. At that moment, a hotel staff member saw this and shouted at me in an extremely rude and loud tone, saying things like ‘He can’t pee there, clean it immediately,’ giving me orders. "This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!"
