The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! "Didn’t start well when receptionist insisted I had prepaid and need to pay again. Still took several minutes after giving them a printed copy of my reservation. When they realised it was their error they were very apologetic but it was still awkward particularly with a big queue building up behind me. Pool facilities great. Bar lovely and bar staff take huge pride, rightly, in their cocktails but service was so slow. An hour to get a beer ordered when sat down for food. Often 20 mins directly at the bar. Tip…order 2 drinks each."
