"This hotel is ideal for a family stay. The rooms have kitchen facilities and is situated right on the side of lake Annecy with a lovely private swimming area where you can hire paddle boards and boats. The views that are to die for. I would advise though you skip breakfast its pretty much self service in a hot stuffy room I don't think its worth it."

"Nice place very well located. There are some essential items for cooking or cleaning in the kitchen that are not justified to be purchased by short-term tourists. I don't understand why we have to pay 50€ for sheets."

"We spent most of our time sunbathing, relaxing and swimming in the clear refreshing river. The location and property is superb and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The fully equipped cottage/tent is brilliant and a wonderful place to spend time away from a normal busy lifestyle. Everything has been done with very high taste and standard and we hope that we get the chance to revisit. Many thanks to Karine and David for a superb relaxing break. "Chalet très propre, climatisé, ce qui est plus qu’appréciable avec des enfants en bas âges. Le nécessaire de base est disponible, avec une terrasse très agréable, et surtout une belle plage peu fréquentée est à 100m. Le propriétaire est par ailleurs très prévenant et a plein d’histoires locales dans son sac :) Bref très bonne expérience familiale"

"Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

"Beautiful rural and well manicured setting with lovely apartments, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pools and helpful staff. Kitchen needed sponges and dishwashing detergent. Very nice spot"
