"Primeiro quarto que fomos colocados estava com mofo nas paredes do quarto e no banheiro. Segundo quarto que nos colocaram não estava muito bem limpo. Também nos faltou cobertas o suficiente (só tinha um LENÇOL para cobrirmos a noite!). Esperávamos mais de um hotel localizado na Pampulha!"

"The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. "

"The hotel is very unprofessional! I arrived late for the check in and they didn’t have rooms available, then I asked for a refund but they didn’t accept. Poor management and weak customer service."

"The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting."
