"The pictures are nothing like the place in person. As soon as we arrived the lights were flickering and went out several times. We have 3 kids and had to be in the dark for almost an hour. "This place is a dump. They have a pool that doesn't work, a stove with no connection, no fitted sheets on the bed, no towels, provide no extra linens for child and things bite you while you sleep....not mosquitoes either. The staff is very rude and aggressive. The manager hides when there is a problem and send repeated messages through staff staying that she is aware of the problem but fails to provide a solution. I had to walk around with my bags in a foreign country on my first visit.... child...
