"My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This...

"Room had a strange smell. The location is remote so the bus doesn't always stop near this location, only at certain times. You'll find yourself walking up to 40 mins to get the Chessy train station with luggage."

"Disappointing stay. The apartment was only averagely clean, the TV was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Staff were only available until 7 PM, so it was difficult to get help. Overall, the service was poor, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. P.S.:Don't stay here during summer, there was only a small fan for the whole room, there wasn't any AC. During an extreme heatwave, this wasn't helpful at all."
