"Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."

"The lady in the reception was very helpful. My original booking was for a single room with breakfast. A friend came along so I requested for a double room and paid extra with breakfast for my friend when I checked in. No issue whatsoever with my request. The issue was when we came down for breakfast and I was persistently told by two staffs that I only paid for 1 breakfast. Eventually they checked their list and there was an addendum that I paid breakfast for two. Otherwise very comfortable bed and perfect location. Will hopefully book again next year."
