The manager, Kim (a lovely human), greeted us a few times by saying 'Welcome home' and it truly felt like that.
The team are lovely, friendly and go out of their way to help. A particular team member - Dee - who was our waitress, barista, hostess, bartender and 'tour guide' was a firm favourite with our family. She always checked in, made us feel so welcome and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does.
We got 'free breakfast' as part of our package, and we thought it would be the standard continental deal, no problem, BUT NO it was a full cooked breakfast menu and it was delicious! What a lovely suprise.
