"We had an amazing time staying at Matteo’s place; the pictures don’t do the place justice, it has been modernized a lot since the photos so it was a great surprise. We were a big group and loved the pool, the private tennis court (they had Rackets & balls) plus pool equipment. We also organized several transports through Homerti and it all worked perfectly. The owners were super helpful and kind and made our trip extremely pleasant. 100% would recommend and we will be back"

"Geweldig verblijf gehad! De foto’s op de site zien er prachtig uit en voldeden helemaal aan hoe het er in werkelijkheid uitziet. Mooie grote tuin met barbecue waar ook van alles bij zat wat je kon gebruiken. Zwembad met half zout water waar je makkelijk met 4 luchtbedden in kunt liggen, hele tuin overdag op de zon! "Pros: The house has a great pool and outdoor space, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare food. We were a group of 8 adults and we had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Mallorca. Cons: There is nothing not to enjoy! It would be useful to have one or two more accessible electrical outlets in the kitchen and one or two of the bedrooms but there are more than enough to get by."

"Very comfortable and clean finca in the country perfect for larger groups or families. We had a wonderful experience there. Our neighbors were sheep and the occasional rabbit. A strong windstorm knocked down an outside hanging lamp, and the very responsive owners had it replaced within a couple of hours of assessing the damage. "Gorgeous hotel. The rooms are lovely with private w/c space which you don’t always get in Spanish hotels. Cleaned 3x a day. Gorgeous sea views from the room. The evening entertainment was great, different options like the outdoor cinema and lots of live music. For the small extra fee it’s definitely worth half board, the buffet food is okay but there’s fresh options like fish, pasta, rice, omelettes etc also which are great. The staff are all really helpful and often giving out free ice creams in the afternoon round the pool! The location is lovely, being able to pop in and out of the sea from the pool and also short walks along the sea front to the different town areas. Taxis in the area are lacking but you can get the bus easily to Santanyí. We only stayed for 5 nights but would definitely come back. My only feedback would be to have a water station closer to the poolside and the lunch time food options could be a bit better/healthier but generally they were fine, didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable."

"The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach, and the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Our room was a good size and had a nice view overlooking the pool, which was a bonus. The hotel is about an hour from Palma Airport, so it’s worth keeping the transfer time in mind. The food could definitely use an upgrade, and the amenities were somewhat limited. If you’re planning to explore the surrounding area, I would recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting out and about much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms."
