"The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Atocha Train station, el Parque Retiro, El Prado and only a few metro stops from Sol and other tourist attactions. The breakfast is a large buffet and at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Atocha Station, Museo del Prado, and Reina Sofia, so it’s perfect for exploring some of the city’s cultural highlights. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, which made dining out a breeze. While the room was a bit smaller than we anticipated, it was still very comfortable and well-appointed. One minor note: the hotel is located near a major avenue, so you can occasionally hear traffic passing by, especially if you’re a light sleeper. For us, it wasn’t a major issue, but something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and service!"

"Great stay in Madrid. Nice big room, with comfy sofa bed for our son. Hotel is next to a metro station (circle loop line) so easy to get around Madrid. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool was a bit small and the water quite cold though If looking specifically for a hotel with a pool then you might be disappointed with the Claridge’s pool. Everything else was great…"
