"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood that felt ideal for families. It was just a short drive to the center of Madrid, which made sightseeing super convenient, and being close to the train station was a huge plus for day trips. The area felt peaceful, yet well-connected. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens) We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family. "

"My family had a great stay. Very clean and tidy room. Clean, comfy beds. Spacious room for a family of 4 with bunk beds. Reception and cafe was very lively and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and accommodating especially Christine who took care of our requests. "
