"We stayed at the Only You hotel in Valencia and we were really impressed with the hotel.....so, we decided then to stay at their hotel in Madrid. Just not the same. Quality of the hotel, service, rooms and meals were not up to the standard we expected after staying at their Valencia hotel. It is a nice place, but we were expecting better and were surprised to see that much difference."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Eliana always greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything she could help us with. The coffee, ice cubes, and water available at the reception area were a lifesaver when we were in a hurry. The gotel location can't be beat! Highly recommend the UrbanSea at Atocha.🙌"

"This four-star hotel lives up to its name and brand. Flawless stay. Easy checkin, wonderful lobby (with a very nice wine bar). The room was superb: spacious (for a couple), clean, and well-furnished. All details taken care of. Our room did not have a balcony (it was summer--too hot outside anyway) so it was larger inside. Bathroom was excellent. Highly recommended!"
