"Der Ausblick war sehr schönund das mit der Rezeption wussten wir halt nicht so genau am Anfang hat dann auch geklappt was nicht so gut war ist schon mal dass der Kühlschrank nicht richtig kalt geworden ist und wenn man ein paar Tage dort ist hat man ja doch mehrere Und ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre auch nicht so schlechtdreiundzwanzig"

"Ein kurztrip der zum Albtraum wurde mit Baby und Kleinkind. Ich möchte meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel teilen, um andere Urlauber zu warnen. Während unseres Aufenthalts stellte sich heraus, dass die Schlafcouch in unserem Zimmer bereits defekt war. Mein Ehemann wurde beim ersten Benutzen der Couch verletzt, als das Gitter auf seinen Kopf fiel. "Top noch amazing food! Kind staff. Averave accommodations. Long walk or bike or shuttle to beach. Non heated pools. Broken steamroom. Nkt much of a gym with limited hours. Arrived in our room with dorty towels on the floor from previous guests. But the food was the best weve had at a hotel! "

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that. The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."
