"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel has a great location in the center of Florence, within 10 min you can walk to everything. We even walked to plaza Michelangelo from the hotel (30min). The staffs are super friendly and do their best to recommend restaurants, shops etc. they made us feel welcomed. We got two inner rooms (no windows facing the street). It is dark but quiet. The air condition is powerful and keep the room cool when it is 100 outside."
