The team were great, and Angelo was especially helpful. I loved the location, you can easily head out, explore, and walk back to the hotel within minutes to rest. As far as city-break hotels go, this was right up there. The hotel’s design is also excellent.

We walked around Firenze and Pisa. Food was INSANELY good. Very busy and drivers are horrible and mopeds are like rats with wheels 
