"I was there for a tradeshows at the Bologna Fiere. This accommodation is a short drive away, and an easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants as well. It is perfectly situated. The only downside is no parking onsite, but there is a public parking ($$) about 5 minute walk away. This apartment is newly renovated and in good standing. Nothing but praise for this place. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was fast and easy when needed."

"As part of our honeymoon my husband and I spent two weeks in the apartment while we were studying Italian. It is exactly like the photos - clean, comfortable and well situated within the city (and a short walk to our school). We were thrilled that during our stay the apartment was “freshened up” with towels and sheets and trash emptied for us. Check in process and communication with the host were both wonderful. Would highly recommend this property if staying in Bologna !!"

"I am not able to comment at all on this property. This terrible rating is for Expedia. Not for Casa Del Mare. We were not able to get into the property because Expedia do not send us the message from them telling us where to check in, which was not at the property. we ended up booking a much more expensive place farther from the center than we would have rathered. PAPER walls, during the day or night you can’t sleep you hear everything for the garage, from the street, from neighbors! "The apartment was very nice, clean and easy in/out. The neighborhood was what we were hoping for! Sophia checked us in and very helpful. Getting in contact with WI staff was difficult. We texted, messaged and always received an auto reply. The TV in the bedroom with the bath didn’t have a power cord, so Sophia purchased one for the tv.
