Our room was clean, had everything we needed and was in a good location. Elena gave us specific instructions on how to get there from the train station ahead of time. "The property is in front of the pretty and small Harbour . Convenient if you need to get to other areas like Portofino . The boat stops in front of your windows . Sleeping with open windows is difficult because of the different noises coming from the harbor . Better and easier to stay here if you don’t have a car , cause off site parking is at the walking distance of half mile .parking is 18€ a day, quite steep for the off site . Nice hotel but not for everyone . "

We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. "We were located in an apartment about a block away from the hotel. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, we appreciated having a kitchen, and the balcony was amazing! Great location: not far from Cinque Terre (15-20min train ride), 1min walk to the beach, and right within the town night life. "Beautiful hidden gem in a paradisiac location. It was great to have a place to park our car in Cinque Terre. Staff and management were amazing. Only negative was the mattress quality. It was extremely soft and I woke up with a back ache. "

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "
