No a/c, tiny ants in room, folks upstairs have heavy feet especially between 7AM-11:00AM, broken towel bar in bathroom, the shampoo/body wash seemed to be the same as the hand soap, and thw room was extremely musty smelling with a low floor fan that only circulated the lovely scent in a closed off room. "

"Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. "

"The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel staff were amazing. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice, it was so convenient and delicious. Highly recommend!"
