  • The real plus of our apartment is its 22m2 terrace which overlooks the sea, a 180 ° view of the big blue, without vis-à-vis.

Appartement correspond à la description, terrasse et vue superbe et reposante, literie très bonne. Points négatifs : garage petit (si berline), encombré de plaques de bois... Il faudrait désencombrer l'appartement (parasol sans utilités(stores inutilisable, cafetière hs, chaises de bars inaccessible #2 canapés, plaque qui a lâché durant le séjour compliqué pour faire à manger)... Appartement non entretenu, beaucoup d'éléments à remplacer : égouttoir à vaisselle rouillé, pieds chaise haute rouillés, étendoir à linge rouillé et détérioré, pied du parasol coupé en deux par la rouille, store rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas, lames de la terrasse qui se soulèvent, VMC sale avec des "champignons", porte placard déglinguée, aucun rangement dans une chambre (comment ranger ses affaires alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 6), que dire des 2 plaques électriques dont une ne chauffe pas assez, difficile de cuisiner dans ces conditions, ce logement pourrait être très agréable avec un minimum d'entretien, le seul point positif : la terrasse et la vue sur la mer magnifique

Emplacement idéal

Appartement très calme en cette période. Un balcon, le plus de ce logement, à une dizaine de mètres de la mer, spacieux, avec une partie ouverte et une partie sous couvert si le soleil est trop fort ou s'il pleut. Nous avons profité de petits déjeuners avec la vue sur les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées. Commerces de proximité et restaurants très proches. Très pratique le garage ( petit véhicule) pour la voiture et nos deux vélos. Très bien accueillis par Sandrine à notre arrivée. Dommage nous voulions y revenir en septembre mais il est déjà réservé.

Die Wohnung mit Meerespanorama ist für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Das Meeresrauschen ist in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören. Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren nach Sète in diese Wohnung und wir fühlen uns wirklich wohl. Es funktioniert alles wie es soll! Der Empfang ist immer sehr nett, mittlerweile kennen wir uns ja schon. Wir werden wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nächste Jahr!
