The location of the apartment couldn't be better. It is in the center of everything, but yet quiet inside. I was fortunate to be in Sete for "Les joutes nautiques.". What a wonderful spectacleto see! For dinner I highly recommend Chez Francois (8 Quai General Durand) just a two minutes walk from the apartment. Seafood was excellent, as was the service. Reservation recommended. Finally, the reception I received from Cecile was so welcoming. As a solo traveler I appreciated the effort she made to accommodate my needs before my arrival and during my stay. Merci Cecile.

Appartement bien situé parfait pour 2 adultes et profiter de la charmante ville de SÚte. A proximité des Halles et commerces. Réseau de bus pour accéder au différents sites. Parking du canal à proximité mais un peu cher.

Appartement trÚs bien situé et équipé, nous avons passez un agréable séjour et nous recommandons vivement. Seul bémol qui n'est pas en lien avec le logement, le parking du Canal, vu son prix il est à éviter au maximum.

RĂ©sidons en Occitanie et avons souvent traversĂ© SĂšte sans s'y arrĂȘter, une course rapide ou un restaurant sur un trajet retour vacances. Cette annĂ©e l'envie de sĂ©journer plus longtemps Ă  SĂšte Ă  ressurgi. DĂ©jĂ  trouver un appartement avec non seulement un confort mais une proximitĂ© avec les sĂštois. Une rĂ©elle dĂ©couverte de la ville juste aprĂšs la fĂȘte de la St Louis . Des commerces, les halles, les restaurants multiples , les transports en commun pour se dĂ©placer plus facilement vers les plages et communes environnantes et pour les plus sportifs le vĂ©lo . Cette pratique nous a permis de faire le tour de l'Ă©tang de thau sur une journĂ©e, un rĂ©gal mais un peu chaud quand mĂȘme avec cette chaleur d'AoĂ»t. Nous dirons que ces 5 jours auront Ă©tĂ© chargĂ©s d'Ă©motions et d'histoire. A refaire sans hĂ©sitation.

La literie et la lunette des toilettes mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre changĂ©es MalgrĂ© avoir signalĂ© que la TV ne fonctionnait pas aucune rĂ©action des propriĂ©taires. TrĂšs bon emplacement Dommage que les fenĂȘtres soient si Ă©troites ce qui ne permet pas de profiter de la trĂšs belle vue sur le canal

Appartement au coeur de la ville, vue imprenable sur le canal, à 150 m du super marché couvert de SÚte ouvert tous les jours avec de beaux étals de poissons. Des terrasses de café bien garnies ou on a quelques fois du mal à trouver une petite place. Et pour les inconditionnels un musée Brassens que l'on ne peut traverser sans émotion. Pour le parking il faut juste traverser la rue.

Nous avons passĂ© 3 jours dans cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©. A 1 minutes Ă  pieds des endroits les plus sympas (Halles, canal, boutiques, restos et bars). La vue du balcon est Ă©poustouflante. Le logement est trĂšs bien insonorisĂ© et on n’entend absolument pas les bruits extĂ©rieurs. TrĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©. La literie est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©. L’accueil est au top. Si nous revenons Ă  Sete, nous reprendrons cette location avec grand plaisir
