The furnishings (linens, towels, and beds) need updating - it was like visiting my grandmother's house when I was a kid, when she hasn't bought new linens since 1950. The house is immaculate and terrific in every way. There is a beautiful pool set in the hillside that was wonderful to cool off after a walk.
