Lovely cottage in a great location.
Lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage was a great base and owners left extras for our arrival which was a great treat. The beds were comfy, and lovely clean cottage, we had a great family weekend sure we will be returning.

What a delightful cottage! This is a real find.
What a delightful cottage! This is a real find. It is quite spacious inside and, indeed, the kitchen/diner is much larger than portrayed in the photos, giving comfortable access to family dining and lounging.I particularly loved the extra Christmas touches throughout the cottage and the plentiful provision of kitchen utensils and extras, such as foil, cloths and black bags. Super clear detailing of rubbish containers very helpful. We quickly found our way around the area and were charmed by the friendliness of the locals.

Overall a good place to stay.
Overall a good place to stay. Clean, and a generous welcome pack of snacks, milk and other things. All mod cons (apart from a dishwasher).Downsides include very soft mattresses in the twin room, light coming in the window of the double bedroom due to very thin curtains and an industrial spotlight across the road, and the lounge on the first floor which won't suit everyone.Upsides include the spacious kitchen and separate lounge, private parking behind a gate (dog proof), amazing pub just 100m away, and the fact that everything feels up to date.
