"Sara was amazing. She was beyond helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the Porto room and it was beautiful. Balcony and seating area was great. Great location for walking around. I highly recommend this place!"

"Tout👍👏😍"

"Like any beach hotel, I feel like they show their age pretty quickly. The location was great with it right on the water, and having a heated indoor outdoor pool was fabulous. The pool could definitely use some work and the carpet in the room was stained but overall, the place is quite nice and definitely has a relaxing vibe."

"I will only mention a couple things that kept me from giving all 5 stars. This hotel is beautiful. This town is AMAZING, keep it a secret! The only things I didn’t like about the hotel were THE PILLOWS, #1 issue. The pillows were filled with literally air. I slept on the bathrobes the towels anything. So if you go to this hotel, bring your own. I’m not a pillow snob I swear. Otherwise beautiful property, great staff and amazing breakfast’"

"A lovely room in a historic location!"

"The hotel is located in the heart of Alfama. You can walk to all major places of interest of Old Lisbon, and also you have easy access to the train, Metro or the Tram. Small hotel, rooms were impecable, staff friendly and very helpful and the amenities were in line with what I expected. Highly recommended."
