"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."

"The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day.
