Huge Porch! 3Bedroom-Oceanfront Condo

You will be impressed by our beautiful 3 bedroom condo situated steps from the amazing crystal blue waters of Seven Mile Beach. The convenient beach access to coral reefs located a short distance offshore provides excellent snorkeling without leaving the condo. Do you have a large group? We have another condo right next door, which makes it great for large families/groups. Inside you will find granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a full array of kitchen gear including a standing mixer, blender, coffee pot, toaster etc. There are 3 flat screen TV's, two of which have cable, and all have a dvd/vcr machine. The walls are decorated with beautiful artwork by local artists. There are 2 king size beds and queen bed, all very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Outside, enjoy the spacious oceanfront patio with a dining table and plenty of seating. A variety of shops and restaurants are in close proximity, as well as a grocery store. Enjoy 3 swimming pools on property, including a wading pool for small children, whirlpool, and swim up bar and restaurant. Snorkel and explore under the water and see all different varieties of tropical fish and sea life Cayman has to offer. A variety of water sports are available near the condo including para sailing, jet skiing, canoeing, scuba and more.

Amazing location with beautiful sunset views. Comfortable beds and clean/updated unit. Plenty of room. Love that it had full sized washer and dryer. Thank you. We visit 2-3 times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo for a family

We stayed this summer with our two boys. The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. Loved the proximately to the pool and beach. Beach at sunset cove had plenty of chairs and was never crowded. Pool was nice and we liked that we could order food and drinks at the pool bar.

Great location

Property is very nice with a great place to snorkel. Condo was acceptably clean but could use a deep clean. Some minor maintenance is needed on the gutters. Nice furniture and appliances. Liked that they put a tub of water outside the door to rinse feet off before entering. I would rent this unit again. Our only real complaint was not being able to take long walks on the beach due to erosion.

Loved this property!

Despite Hurricane Beryl, our family had a wonderful time. This was the perfect location to weather out the storm. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the pool. We will definitely revisit!

Very nice condo in excellent location

The condo is very nice, just as shown in advertisements. It was well stocked, comfortable beds, roomy den area. The deck is huge with lovely view of ocean . The owners promptly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect stay for families

This property was perfect. It was well stocked with kitchen products and extras. The laundry facility is key and the linens and towels lightened what we had to pack. We love the condo, porch, and cove. Easy snorkeling, right on the bus line, and food close enough to walk to made the location great. Heidi was great and responded to everything we needed! Awesome!!!

Great stay

Condo was very nice with a kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals. The porch had the best view - oceanfront - which was fabulous. Property had a pool with a swim up pool bar which was a nice touch and the beach was lovely with ample chaise/umbrellas.

This Condo made our stay in the Grand Caymon Perfect! The views were amazing! Very well furnished with every amenity you could ask for. And walking distance to several very good restaurants! Communication with the owners was very easy and We highly recommend this condo.

Great condo

The unit was beautiful - just as pictured. The cove was nice for swimming. My only suggestion to make things perfect would be to include some fold-up beach chairs to take out for the day since most places on 7MB don't have them for rent.

Family vacation

This was a perfect place for us to stay as a family of 5. The enclosed snorkel area was great for first timers and swimming just outside of them we spotted lobster, a barracuda, and a variety of tropical fish. Access to the on site grill/bar was nice when we didn’t feel like driving. Fully stocked kitchen and nearby grocery stores made breakfasts a breeze and less stressful than going out. The gorgeous and huge terrace beckons you to enjoy morning coffee and picturesque sunsets. Heidi is a phenomenal and responsive host.

Best Christmas Ever

We absolutely loved our stay. Heidi was very informative early on, which made us very comfortable upon arriving. The unit is very nice and well equipped, and the view is breath taking. The pool and bar definitely gave us a little party life without leaving the property. So many nice people. I highly recommend visiting this rental.

Just spent 7 days at this great condo with the family - daughter son-in-law and 2 grandsons (15 & 17). Kitchen is very well equipped (had breakfast and lunch at condo most days). Loved sitting on porch looking out on the ocean with a cup of morning coffee. Very relaxing away from crowds on 7 Mike Beach. Easy walk on beach to get there if you wanted to. Loved the cove to swim in.
