Sometimes the beach may temporarily detach from the wider Seven Mile stretch, but a short walk (2 minutes) connects you to the main sandy expanse. We also share access with the large beach next door, offering ample room to relax and enjoy. Our pricing reflects this seasonal shift—meaning you get premium location without the premium price tag!

Perfect location!

This spot was a perfect distance to everything we wanted to do, with multiple dining options walking distance to the property. The property was nicely landscaped and maintained, and offered excellent snorkeling out front. We saw several lobsters, giant female stingray, pufferfish, sunfish, and yellow male stingray. It was a quiet and clean spot and had everything we needed.

Perfect location

The property is in a great location right by Camana Bay where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

Everything from check in to check out is smooth and easy. The owners take great pride in their unit and it is in a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, tons of restaurants, and seconds from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We plan on visiting a couple times a year and continue staying here!

Amazing and Perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was so clean and well stocked. It seemed like every time that we needed something it was there (tons of kitchen items, plenty of towels and even a few phone chargers for our use). The location is perfect and very conveniently located to shops, stores, restaurants and of course being on the beach can’t be beat. If you stay here be sure to watch the sunsets!

My third visit to Cayman and first time at this location, its a great property right on the beach! Well-maintained and easy walking distances to several restaurants and the grocery store. Lorin communicated everything very well and was super accommodating - we will be back!

Nice location... visited friends and walking distance to Camana Bay. Unfortunately, no beach, construction workers working around the pool and lost water for a few hours due to a water pipe strike by jackhammering.

Th property was beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous. Everything you need for restaurants and shopping is near the condo. We loved walking on the beach to Tillies for dinner. Beautiful place! Will be back!

Good, centrally located property

The condo was well-stocked and very comfortable, with plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen appliances, etc. The only bummer was there is no beach outside the condo, and the listing showed lounge chairs and umbrellas right in front. There is a public beach very close, but not as we envisioned based on the listing/photos provided. We especially enjoyed the fan outside on the balcony - very comfortable for morning coffee while looking out at the water.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The condo had everything we needed But the location made it the best. The patio was a great spot to watch the kids swim in the pool and to watch the sunsets. We walked to dinner a few times at great restaurants. Overall, it was a great place.

Great stay!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The location of this property is the best part. It's right across the street from Camana Bay - so many spots to shop, dine out and get groceries from (Fosters) and all within walking distance. The unit itself was very clean and while the beach view is slightly angled... its literally a few steps to the beach which make it very convenient when spending a day in the sun. Great value for the price.
