The 2nd-floor Regal Beach unit #122 offers an elegant experience with its prime location and stunning views. The unit features a private patio that provides unobstructed views of the beautiful powdery white sand beach and the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. This section of Seven Mile Beach is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque areas.

Accommodation:

The master bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable king bed, beach/Caribbean Sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen television. The 2nd bedroom also offers plenty of room with two cozy twin beds, and there is a guest bathroom just outside the bedroom. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate an extra guest.

Fully Equipped:

The living area has a tropical vibe, perfect for relaxation, along with a large-screen flat-panel TV and ocean views. The newer fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare fantastic meals during your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.

The properties south on 7 Mile Beach include the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access into the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, in which we have no control of.
