"The room was generally clean but dusty and sticky in some areas. We also had no hot water the first day. It was fixed by a very nice engineer in the evening but still rather inconvenient for a nice resort. The staff was nice but I was rather irritated by one staff member who told us we couldn’t eat our takeout in the lobby. Not sure where we’re supposed to eat it if not in the lobby. We have a living room and yet not enough chairs or table space to eat. Additionally, there was a lot of disturbance out in the hallways at 1am and took way too long for someone to handle it. Restaurants were very nice. Ate several dinners there and many lunches by the pool. Pool was beautiful but a bit crowded. Overall very nice vacation. Would definitely go back. Just expected more or a Marriott and for the expensive daily resort fees. Also need a pickleball court. "

"Daniel was extremely helpful, welcoming us as soon as we arrived. He gave us helpful tips for our stay too. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed with the added bonus of an outdoor area overlooking the canal. It was in an ideal location, easy to get to all of the excursions around the island and short distance from the beach. We loved it!"

"The apartment is lovely. It is new, clean and comfortable. There is a pool which is an added plus. It is in a quiet corner of West Bay near the famous Calypso Grill (walking distance). The ocean view is not 7 mile beach. The apartment is around 7 minutes drive from Governors Beach and Cemetery Beach on the marina side of the water. I recommend a rental car. Parking is extremely easy with an assigned spot. The host was excellent with communication and I always love when you can access rental via a code and not having to meet for a key. Great stay!
