"When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing."

"The property and House was clean and cool with AC! The staff was so much fun and thoughtful! We learned so much from Alfred and Dwight throughout our stay! We also did the big zip lines, repelling, and tight rope which was fun and beautiful! There is lots to do around the resort and it’s close to so many beautiful sights!"

"The hotel and property were not as advertised. There is no air conditioning on site in any building used by guests. We were forced to seek other lodgings after a termite swarm invaded both rooms, the pool, dining area and reception. We paid for two rooms for two nights, and yet were given no partial refund despite our being on site for less than two hours. I do not recommend this hotel, ever."

"This is such a beautiful property that really immerses you in the nature of San Ignacio. Rose cooked fresh breakfast everyday that was absolutely delicious, and her and her husband were super kind. I also rented a car from Rod, who was also super nice, so I had such a smooth experience getting from place to place.
