"Disappointed that I had to make my way back into the hotel after check out as mistakenly been given a ticket by the company that monitors parking. Staff looked after it immediately. Hotel stay was great. "

"We had an overflowing toliet, and had called the front desk 2 times as they didnt seem urgent about the matter, due to lack of urgency the toliet over flowed into the living area of our room. We ended up leaving earlier than intended."

"no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in. Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what. Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient when finally present. No rooms on main floor and no elevator, not good for someone with a bum knee."

"This is a home away from home, you have a seperate entrance, with a smart lock, you go down a staircase, and it's a seperate living area, complete with bedroom, with queen sized bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and a small kitchen table nook. A great price for 2 nights, on weekdays."
