"TV not working restroom not clean"

"House was just as pictured. Very nice!! We enjoyed the pool table but would have liked to had some chalk for pool sticks. Host was super accommodating! Was a great stay!"

"The property was exactly as seen in the pictures. Very clean, everything you need to have a great time. View was beautiful! Loved this property. "

"Hotel room was disgusting. We were going to stay for two nights but left after the first night. When we arrived, the room was extremely dusty, and there was hair on the comforter as if it was not washed. There was two holes in the ceiling that were cut for maintenance, but not repaired and a chair in the middle of the room that was so disgusting. I would not let my kids sit on it. My daughter found small blood stains on the sheets when she woke up in the morning. I asked if it was from her she said no it must’ve been from who stayed before. We put that we went to the room cleaned on the door and was gone to the park all day. We came back. The room was the same, but they had made the beds. We pulled back the comforter to check and see if they had replaced the sheets and it was the same sheets so we pack her stuff up and left. Will not go back."

"We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was comfortable and nicely appointed. However, I inadvertently left my newly purchased AirPods on the bed. I can see that they are still there via Find My. It is disappointing that the property manager has not helped me successfully retrieve them. I have offered to pay shipping costs, etc. While I acknowledge the owner has no obligation to return them, it would demonstrate good customer service to assist by returning them. The property manager is no longer responding, so I will consider this a loss. "

"This place is adorable!! I brought my son for a fishing trip, while the weather didn’t exactly cooperate the cabin was great! Super clean and up to date! We hope to stay here again on our next adventure to Hochatown! "
