"Room was very clean. Staff very friendly. We have been visiting Governor Crossing about 4 years and we hadnt had a bad experience. Plently of activities for the kids. I would recommend to my family and friends. "

"The property is old, needs a refresh. The pool was clean and the hot tub worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was old paint was chipped bathroom had rusty fixtures bed was wallowed out from age. But we slept and it did the job."

"Was very disappointed with the outdoor water park not being opened for our 4 year old granddaughter, the carpet in the lobby was very dirty and stained up, our bathroom door would not even latch shut, was excepting much more from the Wilderness Resort."

"In the middle of everything in pigeon forge pretty much. Shopping plaza on the back side of the hotel (dollar tree, dollar general as well as Belk, etc.) and its hidden so you wouldn't know its even there. Its in walking distance to the (river boardwalk) dwn the street, which is a nice walk with your loved one!! Great cold air in room, room smells clean... walk ways and areas all clean on property. Breakfast juice was actually great and fresh fruit plus some eggs and waffles. Nothing fancy on the breakfast. For as big as it is... it was actually quiet at night. People who gave this place bad reviews probably didnt get their way. This is my go to place anytime that im in town!! Definitely recommend!! Great staff as well~ Room #357"
