One-bedroom apartment with a private terrace. It is centrally located in a quiet street of Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter.

Sharing the same space is the kitchen including breakfast bar and bar stools, which is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. The location was excellent, very walkable to the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Great neighborhood with many shops and places to eat. The flat was great, quiet and we enjoyed the terrace. I would recommend this flat to family and friends!

Great Apartment. Right in the middle of the major sites. Lots of bars and restaurants steps away. Nice Terrace. Bed a little uncomfortable, but ok Would go back. Thank you!

The apartment is well located in the center of the historic district, restaurants, shops and main visitor attractions. However, some renovations to the apartment would be required to make it more functional (i.e.: bathroom, furniture, etc). Kitchen should be more equipped as some people like doing their own cooking, but it was pretty limited in terms of accessories.

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. As shown in the photos in the advertisement. Located in the historic part of the city. There are more than enough restaurants within a radius of 100 meters. All sights are within walking distance. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to relax. Although the apartment is located in a busy area, it is quiet. I would recommend it to everyone

La localisation de cet appartement est probablement sa seule qualité. L’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée (et vu l’état des lieux, je crois qu’il y a longtemps qu’un ménage a été fait dans cet appartement). Les draps et serviettes étaient changés, un ménage rapide de la salle de bain mais c’est tout. C’était tellement sale que j’ai dû moi-même nettoyer en arrivant, en plus ils ne laissent même pas de linges de cuisine, j’ai dû en acheter pour nettoyer les surfaces de comptoir, les chaises, poignées de portes sales, etc. J’ai passé le balai sur le plancher, il y avait tellement de sable et saletés, je crois que les rues de seville sont plus propres. J’ai dû laver les couvertures recouvrant les fauteuils, c’était degeulasse. Il y avait même des coquerelles mortes au plancher… soyez avisés.

Great location, lovely terrace and excellent response to two communications, even calling a taxi for us. Apartment nice and clean. However, bed was too small, keys were tricky, flat needed a chopping board in the kitchen and refuge disposal needs a major review.
