Beautiful private apartment in traditional Sevillian style, inside a Palatial House of the famous architect Aníbal González.
The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and full kitchen, heating, air conditioning and wifi.
It also has a large living room with sofa bed and two balconies overlooking the street.
The house is located in the center of Seville in the Arenal neighborhood, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the center of Seville. Its excellent location allows you to walk in 5 minutes to the Triana bridge or the bullring and in a couple of minutes you will reach the monumental area (Cathedral, Alcazar, Giralda, City Hall). One step away from Reyes Catolicos Avenue with a wide range of leisure and restaurants.

A lovely space with two beds and two bathrooms in the centre of everything. Very helpful hosts who even helped us with our travel plans. We could walk to Triana for a food tour, catch the Hop On Hop Off Bus easily. There’s a Supermercado close by. All good!

Spent 3 nights. Beautifully appointed apt located near all the old town attractions and Plaza de Aram’s bus station. We took the local bus out to Italia to explore for 1/2 day. There are a couple neighborhood bars that are open until midnight. Sevilla is a lively place.

The property was even prettier in person! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Rafael & Anthony made the check in process very easy & were prompt in their responses to any inquiries we made. There is a small bar near the apartment that can be a bit rowdy at night from the master bedroom, but I honestly had no trouble sleeping as the heavily shuttered windows offer pretty good sound proofing. There are loads of cute cafes very close by, out favorite for cappuccino practically next door!

Central location but very noisy place. Single glasing in living room and bedroom make sleepîg truly impossible without earplugs. Even with earplug….truly noisy….Same absence of acoustic isolation vis a vis upstair appartement whose living room is above second sleeping room.

We were initially excited to come to this property, however I had to reach out to my contact to get information and my communication with them was very limited. It is dated, very dark and dingy, and the cleanliness was lacking. The utensils and plates were dirty and the kitchen very weathered. The washing machine looked like it was about to break down, and the bathrooms very small. They had an uncomfortable coach with a large glass dining table right in front of the television. The layout was awful for a family of 4 ppl. In the evening, we woke to the sounds of people yelling on the street. We disliked our stay that we decided to leave the next day and go somewhere else even though we lost money! I’m glad we did. If you like clean, uncluttered sanctuary, this place is not for you!

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The place was clean and so tastefully decorated. We loved the tile work throughout the building! We always got prompt help and attention from Purificacion and her crew. The location could not have been better!! This is a beautiful house, split into three apartments. This one is on the first floor, accessed via stairs. The house and common entrance are stunning. The apartment itself is decorated in a traditional Spanish style, which we appreciated. It’s quiet, two comfy double beds, one sofa bed (which we didn’t not try). The master bedroom faces the street so one can hear people walking below occasionally, but it wasn’t disturbing. The location is great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. It’s close to the shops, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and has 4 supermarkets nearby. The apartment is a little bit small, which was fine for the two of us, but if you are bigger people or have more than 3 or 4 in your group, then it might be a bit tight as the kitchen entrance is narrow and the bathrooms are small. Check in is very easy. The apartment fixtures and fittings need a little updating, and the kitchen equipment is basic, but it was fine for making breakfast and the occasional light lunch. There are loads of decent restaurants nearby though, so I imagine a lot of people wouldn’t use the kitchen at all. Wifi is excellent, super fast. TV is old but you won’t be watching that anyway. And taxis will drop you right outside. It’s easy to get a taxi on the corner. Oh, and we didn’t get any mosquito bites. Amazing. All in all, a great place to stay for a week.
