Beautiful two-bedroom apartment located in an exceptional area of Seville, right in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda, on the iconic Avenida de la Constitución. It’s the perfect place for a luxury stay in the heart of the city.

Upon entering, you’ll find an elegant and cozy living-dining room and a hallway on the right that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is modern, functional, fully equipped, and furnished with quality pieces. From this area, you access the first bedroom, which features two single beds joined together (0.90 x 2 m), a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both the bedroom and the kitchen enjoy privileged views of the Cathedral and the Giralda.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs.

Through a door on the left side of the living room, you reach the second bedroom, also with two single beds joined together (0.90 x 2 m) and a second en-suite bathroom with shower.

The apartment is just steps from major landmarks like the Royal Alcázar and the Archivo de Indias. The neighborhood is lively and full of charm, offering restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and excellent public transport connections.
