The floor in the room was horrible, I’m not sure if they really clean the room. Floor was dirty, can see dust and stains on table and sofa. Didn’t even clean the toilet.

The room and amenities were very clean. Was not the biggest fan of the noise from the theme park next door on days I wanted to stay in late. Breakfast buffet was worth it, but the other restaurants in the property were just okay (there are better options outside of the hotel).

Property is far from the city center nice property quite except there were a lot of kids when we stayed pool was extremely busy with parent's and young children rooms were comfortable beds and pillows were good air conditioning worked very well restaurants and food was good..

Amazing place friendly and helpful staff. The extra thank you for staying touches were great. It was a lovely place that you would not expect in the city of Seville perfect for families and space for adults only. We will come again definitely. The online pictures don’t do it justice when we arrived it was better.

The hotel was really good. The layout and size of the room was excellent. The hotel was also larger and nicer than we expecting. The only minor niggle was that on a couple of nights it rained and we could hear the rain running through the guttering in the walls which woke us up.

Good place to stay

It is excellent hotel, not far from the center of the city - few Euros on taxi - with great facilities. Room was extremely good: spacious, comfortable, with all modern gadgets. The only drawback was absence of the restaurant for dinner - on cafe with a poor choices was available.

Amazing hotel! Loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. Service was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was really big and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The pool area was very relaxing. The hotel is big, quiet and has an amazing bar and 2 restaurants. There is a taxi stand just outside the hotel which is great if you are heading to the town area. Its great if you need parking, as they have an underground parking. Even got a birthday treat from the hotel, scrumptious brownie sent to our room!
