A perfect mix of modernity, functionality, and warmth in this four bedroom apartment for 8 people.:
Bailén is a centrally located property, on the street from which it takes its name, just steps away from the Hotel Colon, a historic establishment which has hosted the most glittering of international stars, as well as some of the great names from the bullfighting world during Seville’s annual fair.


Its location is indeed unbeatable, in the busy commercial area of the city centre, a short walk away from the main sites of cultural and tourist interest. Perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer without the need for a car, or even public transport. The Museum of Fine Arts and the Guadalquivir River are just metres away, whilst the historic centre, with the Giralda, the Cathedral, the bustling district of Arenal and the Maestranza bullring – to name but a few of the city’s must-sees – just some minutes’ walk away.


The apartment boasts a full 200m2 of space to enjoy as you wish. All perfectly distributed into spacious living areas and four bedrooms. It has been decorated by the renowned interior decorator Natalia Parladé, her characteristic style evident throughout. Sophisticated, classic, urban, rustic, chic… all perfectly balanced to offer you an apartment full of character and charm.


On crossing the door into the apartment, the light gets in your eyes… because this is a property where natural light pours into all the rooms practically all day long. This, together with the spaciousness of the rooms, provides an immediate sense of optimism and relaxation.


The entrance hall leads to the living area, which comprises a superb living room with two balconies overlooking the street, a spacious dining room, and the perfect kitchen.


Parladé has played with colour on walls and textiles to create distinct areas and dramatic, quasi theatrical, effects, redrawing spaces and highlighting decorative elements, constructive details, certain pieces of furniture and the superb quality of the property: coloured marble floors, solid painted wood on windows and doors, painted mouldings on the ceilings… The walls are in an array of pastel colours, blues, mauve, grey, sand… with rugged carpets and textiles to create the idea of home.


The living room has a large sitting area with plush, comfortable sofas and two tables made from recycled wood. There are also several reading areas, and two balconies looking onto the bustling calle Bailén, with splendid views onto the fabulous Hotel Colon and the city centre.


A double door leads into a separate and elegant dining room, where a superb Spanish-style-table seating eight takes centre stage.


And then on to the kitchen, one of the most charming rooms of the house. It is modern in design, brilliant white with metro-style tiling in the work area, large storage cupboards and all the best equipment. Vintage details create a warm, homely contrast, including a shabby-chic table for breakfast or a casual meal.


The living area also has a guest toilet.


The sleeping area exudes peace and wellbeing. It has no less than four bedrooms, all bathed in natural light. There are also two full bathrooms with double basins, rainfall shower and bath.


The two main bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed and spacious wardrobes. Warm pastel colours and natural textiles provide a soothing effect, inviting rest.


The other two bedrooms are provided with twin beds, the perfect solution when travelling with children, or when you need privacy if travelling with friends.


Bailén is the perfect home from which to make your trip everything and anything you want it to be. Great for families, groups of friends, or exacting business travellers who crave space and quality in accommodation. It is located right in the commercial heart of the city, a step away from the famous Sierpes and Tetuán streets, next to the Plaza del Museo and Seville’s Museum of Fine Arts, which houses one of the best collections of Spanish Baroque and Andalusian 19th century paintings. It is also very close to the Arenal district, currently one of the most fashionable leisure areas in the city from midday to midnight, close to the Maestranza bullring and the Guadalquivir River. To say nothing of the many bars and restaurants all around, the perfect chance to enjoy the best of Andalusian and international cuisine.
