The hotel was in an excellent location to all the attractions Seville has to offer. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The proximity to the cathedral made it a little noisy but the hotel provided ear plugs and it was not a very big concern given the fabulous location

Just a great Hotel in the centre, next to the Cathedral. It had a great roof bar with fantastic views, and was lively. The location is ideal, the room clean, new and a great bayhroom. You could hear chairs being moved on the roof bar from the bedroom below, but they did provide ear plugs. We loved it!

New hotel overlooking Catedral. Location cannot be beat. New facilities using existing ancient walls with lots of charm! Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return to Castella Art.

Fun hotel in exceptional location. Room was large. Good air conditioning. Shower gets entire bathroom wet. Could use a shower curtain. Excellent lighting and nice towels. Good mattress. Noisy at night but drowned out with white noise on our cell phone. Would recommend.

Just stayed for 1 night — the room was spotless, location was perfect and right in the centre of everything you want to see in Seville. Note that there is no one at the front desk in the morning so you need to use your room code to get into the building if you leave and use a bit of force with the door. We didn’t know this and thought we were locked out :)

The problem with this hotel is that the priority is the ‘sky bar’ and not the rooms and residents. As previous reviewers have said, the noise from people leaving the bar is excessive and there are no signs asking for quiet or staff to guide them down at closing time. I was also concerned that I couldn’t deadlock my door, given all the random people coming in and out. I was fed up of being asked by security where I was going. Reception being unmanned is a big issue as there no one to ask for anything. Also upon arrival, I was told that I couldn’t access my room as I was ten minutes early- I mean seriously! Overall the room was spacious and clean and the view is incredible, but it needs a long mirror and a bath mat and not to be next to a noisy bar (the bells and noise from the square is totally tolerable!).

DO NOT TAKE THE ROOM ON THE 4TH FLOOR. This hotel has a roof top bar. It was loud till 2 am. If you are up that late and partying your self then this hotel is a really good option for you. If you are an early sleeper or noise is a problem for you .. then this is not a hotel for you. Its right across from the cathedral which makes it a great location but it's in a corner. People passing by late at night will make a lot of noise. The owner of the property was very helpful and tried to accomodate us in a different room but both nights I could not sleep till 3 am.

Property has a bar in the ground floor & rooftop that runs loud music till 2 am that is very inconvenient if someone wants to sleep early. We did not the property: - When we enter the room there was a open yogurt can and open juice bottle on the table - Bed sheet was not clean & there was hair on the sheet. - Towel given to us was not clean - There was no hot water in the room & the cold water pressure was too low. - Property had no room service, phone to call the reception & food on the property. However the location of the property was a positive but rest everything else was a bad experience for me.

While the room was clean and spacious, it was 4th floor and very noisy, both from the street and from the rooftop bar. They did provide earplugs but, if you are not comfortable wearing them at night, exercise caution when booking. The lobby was a mess each time we went through which left you feeling like the hotel was an afterthought. Not very welcoming. The room could do with additional surface for luggage, it worked for one person, not so much for two.

Spijtig dat het personeel niet engels kan , toen we aankwamen wist niemand van onze boeking af , het is vermeld op de site dat ontbijt mogelijk was maar blijkbaar is het niet mogelijk. We sliepen op het 3de verdiep, vlak onder het dakterras/restaurant, dus hebben wij veel last gehad van lawaai.

EXCELENTE UBICACION PERO POCO MAS

La ubicacion es excelente, la habitacion esta bien. La limpieza de la habitacion deja un poco que desear, nos encontramos la mesa de la habitacion un poco sucia, con polvo y algunos restos, en el baño el inodoro tenia unos pelos en el asiento, nos encontramos unos calcetines de unos anteriores huespedes en el suelo, debajo de unas estanterias. Cuando llegamos nos tuvimos que esperar un rato, ya que no encontraban si habiamos pagado, tuvieron que hacer varias llamadas. Remarcar que por la noche es dificil dormir, nos encontramos que te dejan unos tapones para los oidos, toda la noche se oye mucho ruido y por la mañana a partir de las 6 es un continuo ir i venir en la calle de provedores a los distintos establecimientos con mucho ruido por las carretillas ya que la calle es de adoquines. El personal amable.
