Modern and minimalist 57 m² apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living–dining room with open-plan kitchen, carefully designed, well equipped, and with a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with direct access from the olive tree courtyard. Located in a very local area in the historic city center, in a magnificent newly built building with elevator and rooftop swimming pool + solarium.
The living room features a sofa bed, TV, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen integrated into the living area is modern and fully equipped (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
The main bedroom has a 150x190 cm double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a modern bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower, accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms are spacious.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant, newly built building with a beautiful interior courtyard featuring an olive tree, from which the different apartments are accessed.
In the basement, there is a shared area with washing machines, dryers, and portable drying racks. You will also find cleaning utensils there (broom, dustpan, mop, etc.), which are stored there due to space, for you to use whenever needed.
The neighborhood is a very local area full of life in the city center, with a wide gastronomic offer, bars and restaurants, culture, and local lifestyle. From here, you can walk to the main points of interest in the city.
We are not a hotel nor a serviced apartment. Additional cleaning services or other extra services are available upon request.
We will make you fall in love with Seville through “Eva Recommends,” where you will enjoy a wonderful experience staying in this exclusive apartment. The only problem is that you won’t want to leave.
