Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenía reserva y no tenían habitación disponible para mí. Como iba con otros amigos, me ofrecieron habilitarme una cama supletoria en la habitación doble de mis amigos pagando 30€. Accedí porque si no me quedaba aislado de mis amigos. Me dijeron que no me cobrarían la reserva que había realizado. Espero que lo cumplan

La habitación bien. El trato bien. La wifi no llegaba bien. el secador de pelo tuve que pedirlo porque en la habitación no había, me dejaron uno con una única velocidad que casi se te secaba el pelo antes al aire y había que desenchufarlo para pararlo

Mala experiencia

No pienso repetir. Personal de recepción y guarda-equipajes inexistente, tuve que dejar la maleta en consigna de estación autobuses con el consiguiente traslado porque no había nadie en recepción para poder guardarla. Me pusieron problemas para pagar con tarjeta y cuando dije que era lo que había, milagrosamente se le arreglo el tarjetero. Si no llego a tener el cerrojo de la habitación echado, se me cuela el Sr. de la recepción con la excusa de que se había equivocado. El personal de limpieza bien, pedí una almohada extra y me la dieron sin problema.

the check-in process is kind of complicated, they "suggested" for us to pay in cash when a credit card terminal was available. WiFi is poor. The hot water was on/off, had to take a really quick shower. good location, the guy at the front -desk was very nice

Reserve habitación doble con dos camas. Me adjudicaron una con cama de matrimonio. Sobre las dos de la mañana se produjo un escándalo monumental, con voces, gritos, portazos, etc. Lamentable

酒店胜在价格低，位置好，比较干净。不足之处，无线网络差。发现路由器在底楼账台，2楼信号弱，关上房门，连信号都没有了，基本不能用。另外没有提供电视机，与描述不符。隔壁同名的餐馆似乎也不属于酒店，而酒店只提供睡觉而已，并没有其它酒吧餐饮服务。

Hostal el cairo

We booked this hostel last minute through hotel.com app. For $50.00€ when we arrived the clerk told us there was no reservation for us and that, that was not the price for the room. He then proceeded to make a phone call and accommodated us in a room for the price advertised. The room was clean. It isn’t a 5 Star upscale hotel, but it is located right at the heart of the city and it’s attached to its own restaurant. The service at the restaurant was amazing and the food was great. We got to see a lot of beautiful sites and spent very little for our stay.

많이 불편하였음

체크인시 예약한3인실 대신 2인실 2개 배정받았으나.객실1은 악취나구 객실2에서는 개미 엄청 있었음. 밤열한시에 재배정 받은 방은 매우 좁음(처음 배정받은 2인실도 매우 좁음). 아침에 일어나보니 벌레에 물린자국이3군데나 되었음.ㅠㅠ 에어컨 외에는 객실 편의시설 없음. 세면장도 좁음. 직원은 매우 간단한 영어 외에는 불가능(스페인언어만 가능). 여행객에게는 강력비추
