Traditional, comfortable and value hotel

We were on a 1-night stopover in Seville with an early flight and Hotel Londres was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and easy check in & they met my request for a quiet room. Very central to bus station and airport shuttle and all the attractions of beautiful Seville on foot. Traditional little family operated hotel, comfortable, sparkling clean, good value and will certainly return.

The hotel is very basic and did not have many English speaking staff. The middle-aged receptionist was rude and confrontational. We specifically chose this hotel as check out was advertised as midnight. We had a late bus to catch making this check out time crucial for us to arrive back, shower and rest before leaving. Upon arriving, we were told that check out was at noon. The hotel management explicitly stated that the error was a mistake on Expedia's end and refused to accept any responsibility. After much negotiation, another staff member promised a slightly later check out at 2pm and exclusive use of the common room. This arrangement was still highly inconvenient as it interrupted our plans for the day and meant we did not have use of a room to shower and rest prior to us leaving. Although, it was not an ideal solution, we agreed as there were few alternative options and they did not offer a refund. The staff member assured us she would communicate this arrangement to all other colleagues. However, when we checked out the next morning, we were told we could not have the key to the common room and that we had to share it with other guests. The hotel management was also highly confrontational and refused to clarify with this misunderstanding with her staff, thus making a bad situation even worse.

Siviglia è sempre meravigliosa.Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perché vicino a Plaza de armas e poter usufruire con comodità dei bus per Cadiz , Jerez e per l 'aeroporto.Hotel piccolo ma confortevole,il personale è gentile e preparato, la posizione è a dieci minuti dai monumenti più belli ,dal mercato e dal ponte di Triana.Unica pecca "il prezzo un po troppo caro".Ma a maggio Siviglia è affollatissima.

Hotel com localização boa e recepcionista muito simpático. Porém a limpeza do hotel precisa melhorar muito. Tinha pelos e cabelos em nosso lençol. Pedimos lençóis novos e vierem com muitos cabelos também.

Better than 1 star!

After a long journey I was starting to regret booking a 1 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised on arrival. Staff were excellent, rooms were spacious and clean. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 star for sure. Would happily consider staying here if visiting Seville again.

The location was good and we found it quiet. The rooms on the website are very bright with large windows. Our room (206) didn't have any windows to the outside. There was one over the door to an internal corridor. The bathroom was dark, the shower very poor and the towels were thin. There is a lounge on the ground floor but this is used to store left luggage.

Great location

Hotel was easy to find and very conveniently located. Staff was helpful. Room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin. I literally heard a coin hit the floor through the wall. Thankfully it wasn’t very loud in the area and it has A/C you can turn that on for some white noise. Overall a convenient, comfortable budget hotel.
