"I always stay there whenever I overnight in Deland. The rooms are clean, courteous staff, free breakfast and parking."

"The dog friendly room was clean and comfortable for me and my little dog. Staff was every friendly and the ground well kept. However, the pet fee was more than what I have encountered at other hotels."

"When I checked in which was on a Friday the woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The next day, Saturday there was a young lady at the front desk who acted and looked like she didn't want to be there and would give you a dirty look if you asked her a question. The room itself was dirty and it smelled really bad. We had to keep the window open and run the bathroom exhaust fan the entire time. Also, the bathroom pocket door looked like it had never been cleaned. The tile floor especially in the corners had a lot of dirt and grime buildup. The shower door was especially dirty, with a dark, nasty buildup in the corners and around the frame. Also, the carpet underneath the beds was filthy, dirty, and smelly, so you didn’t wanna walk barefoot."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly—lights, TV, AC and bathroom all in good condition. Beds were comfortable, which is what matters most. As a stop-and-sleep place, I'd give it a solid 10 for quality-to-price ratio. Perfect if you just need a decent night's rest without breaking the bank."

"The room itself and the property were clean. The staff was friendly, especially the second shift. The breakfast was good, but not worth the money I paid. Didn't use the bar, I am not paying $7 for a bottle of domestic beer. The main reason I got a room here was because of the jacuzzi, but it was down for some reason. The hotel could use a few more parking spots. It's in a good locations, since there are many places to eat that are way cheaper than the restaurant. I think I would stay here again, even though it was pricey, but still cheaper than the hotels nears the International Speedway."
