Location of hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist attrractions with plenty of bars & restaurants close by. The hotel has to be one of the nicest four star hotels that we have stayed in. Big shout out to all of the hotel staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful offering assistance as and when we required. The breakfast were superb with a plenty of variety. We will definately be back.

What an incredible spot. We fell in love with this place the moment we walked in the lobby. The front desk was so helpful and friendly. This property was luxury from top to bottom. We had the city view with our window opening to the Setas De Sevilla landmark. You can get the same view from the rooftop bar/lounge and pool. Location was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had such a tight schedule of events, we really wish we tried the restaurant in the lobby. It looked beautiful. We can't wait to go back.

The hotel was in a good location for walking to all of the attractions. The bathroom was quite small, lacking in counter space and places to hang toiletry bags. The pool (which is really a hot tub, but not hot!) was really small. Those in the pool had to stand up in a crowd. There were never any chairs available when we looked and there is no shade, so the pool was not of any value to us. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us directions to the important sites to see in the area.

Be sure to read the hotel description, this property has plenty of stairs, no elevator and there is no way to drive directly to the hotel. It is a very short walk from the street to the hotel, which is incredibly charming and historic. If you are able to manage the stairs with your suitcase or backpack I highly recommend staying here! It is close to everything, the staff are incredibly helpful and if you are in one of the upper rooms (more stairs!!) you might have beautiful views of the Alhambra. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and while we did notice a nightclub very close to the hotel we never heard it - although our room faced the opposite direction. The room itself had everything we needed, including lots of space to stretch after that walk up to the Alhambra!

Loved the hotel , which is in a great location. The hotel was rather noisy outside, which obviously cannot be helped as so central, woken up by cleaning and bottles being collected early hours of the morning. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Nothing was too Much trouble and they even made a packed breakfast for us as unable to stay for breakfast as an early start . Loved the rooftop bar/pool

Loved this hotel so much! Such a cute, clean room and was so close to so many of the sites I was going to (touristy and non-touristy) so I could always go back and freshen up before venturing out again for the day.

I’m writing this review to recognize Antonio, he is the best front desk employee I’ve encountered in all of my travels. He goes above and beyond to make a guest feel comfortable and genuinely cares about every hotel guest. The location of the hotel is very good with shops, bars and restaurants a throw stone away. I was able to walk and bike every where. On the downside, the pool is very small (only 8 people) but it was never crowded and the air conditioning in my room did not cool enough. Antonio arranged for maintenance to change the filter and it got a bit better. Housekeeping was exceptional. I’m a very tidy person and they were very respectful of my things. Overall it was a good stay and Seville a place I will always treasure, even with the heat and all!
