It was our first time at a Genteel property and we were quite impressed with how responsive and professional their customer service team was. The team got back to us promptly prior to our arrival and throughout our stay with any questions or concerns we had 24/7. Also, their digital access to detailed instructions on how to use each appliance in the apartment as well as recommended local restaurants, museums, taxi stands, supermarkets, pharmacies, made it very convenient….feels like I had a virtual concierge at my disposal.

Very nice apartment. Great location, comfortable beds and ice cold A/C Only two negatives, it was entirely clear that you had to turn the hot water on. First night a cold shower! The smart tv did not have Netflix and the signal was very poor and wanted to watch some of the world cup. Not a problem at all juat little niggles that would make it perfect.

Excellent !! nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est propre, très fonctionnel, la literie est de bonne qualité. Le seul bémol l’eau chaude au bout de deux douches plus d’eau chaude…. Et les voisins du dessus très bruyant …

Prachtig schoon en groot appartement. Gezin van 4 met 2 pubers. Dakterras is echt heerlijk. In februari 25c in de zon op t terras op de ligstoelen. Er lag koffie en een fles water klaar. Er was een conciërge die we toevallig tegenkwamen en die was heel aardig en vertelde van alles over de stad. Locatie is perfect, middenin het centrum. Barretjes en restaurants in de straat. We konden al iets eerder op de kamer. De communicatie via WhatsApp ging heel soepel en er werd snel gereageerd. We zijn echt heel tevreden met onze keuze om hier te verblijven.
