Check-in is very efficient and well-documented. The staff responds very quickly. I gave it four stars only because I never had personal contact with them. Everything is online. The main drawback is that, before check-in time, luggage can only be stored in a locker shared with other guests. Furthermore, there are no shared bathrooms in the building, but rather within each apartment. This meant we had to wait several hours at the train station to get to the accommodation just in time. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. We recommend it, but plan ahead for check-in in case your arrival in Seville is before check-in time.

Amazing location and value. A spacious and clean plance for our family of 4. There was no on site reception, but the virtual assistance (through Whatsap) was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

Great spot! Right in the middle of everything and close to the cathedral! Cool rooftop views too. The room was great and clean and comfortable. The balcony was really cute too. Not too loud at night and easy to get in. They also were very accommodating for early checkin and luggage storage! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Simple property that has a small apartment feel, but the location is amazing. You're 100 feet from the largest cathedral in Spain. Cabs are 8 euros to and from the train station. Not alot of great views from within our unit but kitchen was complete and laundry was in there as well. Roof top terrace has great views. Checkin was easy. We'd stay there again. .

Amazing location - lovely flat but as a self contained flat I would have appreciated some basic condiments in the apartment. As someone staying there for 5 days who wanted to cook — salt, olive oil… I’d pay an excess for these basics …

Apt has mold, smell gave us headaches!

We had a terrible experience at this apartment hotel. The apartment, we booked had a strong mold smell, which gave us headaches and made it impossible to stay. Despite our efforts to air out the room by opening windows for a few hours, the smell persisted. Upon closer inspection, we found mold in the shower and at the bottom of the doors, where the wood had even expanded from moisture, as shown in the photos. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there due to the mold issue, we both suffer from severe allergies. When we requested different accommodations, none were available, and our request for a refund for the nights we did not stay was denied by the management. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night, on what was supposed to be a special birthday trip for us both, and had to scramble to find alternative accommodations at 11pm the night we arrived to Seville. While the view from the rooftop was nice, it didn’t make up for the stress and health concerns caused by the mold. I’m sharing this review so others can be aware before booking. The experience was far from what we expected based on the listing.

Highly recommend. Close to all attractions and sights of Seville. Located next to Cathedral of Seville. Close to public transportation. Tremendous food options, many walkable attractions nearby and must see. Suites are clean, spacious, and definitely worth a 4 star rating. Roof top views are a must and amazing. Highly recommend with snacks or wine for relaxation of the view of Cathedral

The location of the property was fantastic — everything was within walking distance, which made our stay really convenient. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we chose this place was because it advertised having an elevator, but it was out of service during our entire stay. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was really tiring, and the elevator still wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out. It would have been perfect otherwise.

Communication with property management is very challenging. Email is the primary way they communicate and response is not very fast. My original credit card used to make reservations had been lost and they refused to give me a room one day prior to checkin while I was traveling across the Atlantic unless I provided the 16 digit card number, expiration and cvv code via email

３階のダブルベッドの部屋でしたが、ほどよい広さ、とても清潔で、毎日の掃除も行き届いていました。事前のやりとりも大変丁寧でわかりやすく、チェックインやアクセスコードのやりとりもスムーズでした。屋上があり、ここから間近に大聖堂が見え、街並みを見ることもできます。夜にライトアップされた大聖堂を、好きなだけくつろいで見ていられたのは最高の体験でした。 電子レンジ、コンロ、鍋各種、食器類、カトラリーに加え、デロンギのコーヒーマシンと専用のコーヒーカプセル、ティーバッグ、ミルクや塩、砂糖があり、日々補給されます。 シャワーは上からのものと、手で持てて動かせるタイプの２種類、充分量のお湯が出て、排水が詰まることもありませんでした。 トイレットペーパーは常に多めに常備され安心でした。 大聖堂までは徒歩30秒という好立地、セビーリャの観光には完璧な条件でした。８月の訪問でしたが、観光の途中、気温が一番高い時間帯に食べ物飲み物を調達して部屋でゆっくり休みつつ楽しみ、日が傾いてから再出発する、といったことが無理なくできました。 次にセビーリャに来ることがあれば、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。
