"Stayed here for a night before my flight to Nice. I loved that free breakfast came with my booking and it was delicious. I wasn’t too happy about the “luggage storage” being in the reception area where breakfast is served but my belongings were fine. My room was clean and I had a stunning view of the canal. Would stay here again! "

"We stayed as a couple, in one of the lake view rooms. The room was a bit small for a double room, but the view more than made up for that. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but not too involved in our stay (in a good way). The hotel is 45 minutes walk from Annecy, along a very safe path. The hotel hire e-bikes, and this was a highlight for us as we rode around the lake - 4 hours to do approx 40KM. We aren't bike people but this was so good! Views to die for"

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
