Centrally located for dining and shops, this property was perfect for my husband and me for a 5 day stay in Seward. Staff is amazing and helpful, place was clean and very cozy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Check in was easy and worry free, bed was comfy, clean, centrally located. Private entrance. Quiet. Staff helpful and welcoming, quick to respond to your questions. Definitely recommend staying here. We were there for a week. Loved it!

Communication about which apartment was ours was a bit confusing but they quickly communicated even after their regular business hours. Very clean accommodation in a historic piece of Seward. Great location downtown; could walk everywhere!

The location was great for walking or getting transportation. There were restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet at night. Seemed clean. Needs a lot of upkeep and updating. Pretty rough.

We had a great stay in Seward. Our apartment was in the heart of downtown-walking distance to shops, restaurants, Sea Life Center & Waterfront Park. We had a private bathroom, futon, kitchen amenities. We had a studio apartment but it was fine for just the 2 of us.

We liked that this property was right in downtown and we could walk to mostly everything. The only thing that was unpleasant was that the water wasnā€™t hot if we took showers in the morning. It was hot if we took showers at night. It was also hard to get our bags up to our room because of the stairs, so I would definitely take a small bag if youā€™re going to stay here. We were disappointed that you had to pay for laundry. It definitely wasnā€™t a spot for cooking because there were very few supplies in the kitchen, so I would plan to eat out while youā€™re there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We also appreciated the fan that was included in the closet because it does get pretty hot in the room without it. We enjoyed our stay.

Old but nice

The apartment was in an old building and smelled old, but I didn't mind; it was very quaint. There were no dark shades over the windows so it was hard to get it dark enough to sleep. It was nicely updated and had a nice kitchen that was fully stocked (no food). The WiFi hardly worked at all, so we were not able to watch any TV at all. The water in the bathroom sink was switched so the hot water was on the right. We did enjoy our stay though and the location couldn't have been better - close to shopping, ASLC and great views from our windoes.

Nice place in a historic location

Good communication with the property management with instructions on how to access the building. The only real problem we had was the apartment was billed as having a queen sized bed. It was not but rather a full sized bed. We spent an uncomfortable night trying to sleep in such a small bed. The futon cover was stained and was not fit to sleep on. Also, the ceiling fan blades have 1/4ā€ of duct in them and really \needs a good cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to bring our food in to cook dinner and breakfast. Iā€™d stay there again.

Liked the property (we rented #8). It was clean, excellent location, and more spacious than expected. Kitchen was stocked with just enough for two. We often ate meals in the apartment. Would stay here again.

It was fun to stay in such a historical space. Nothing fancy but we had everything we needed. Theres lots of places to eat and drink and shop right out the front door. We loved walking along the water in the evenings after our adventures. Perfect for two and a third if they dont mind the pullout couch. I'd stay again.
